Cho bột mì, muối, nước và bơ đã cắt nhỏ vào máy xay thực phẩm. Bật nút xay trộn đều nguyên liệu. Sau đó, dùng tay nhồi bột khoảng 15-20 phút.
Cho bột ra mặt phẳng, rải bột chống dính, cán bột mỏng bột rôi xếp lại cán tiếp nhiều lần. Sau đó làm lạnh bột trong khoảng 20 phút.
Mở trước lò nướng ở 205 độ C (khoảng 400 độ F), cán mỏng khối bột, dùng tăm xăm nhiều lỗ trên mặt bột. Dùng khuôn cắt tròn cắt bột thành những miếng tròn nhỏ. Xếp lên khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy nến. Đặt khay vào lòng nướng khoảng 10 phút. Sau đó phía trên bánh có đặt 1 mặt phẳng nặng để ép khối bột xuống trong quá trình nướng. Nướng tiếp 8-10 phút nữa là được.
