Cho mì vào đảo sơ qua cho nóng, đổ hỗn hợp tỏi vào, thêm 1 muỗng muối và pho mát vào.
Làm cua biển rang: Đun nóng chỗ bơ còn lại trong chảo, cho tỏi vào xào thơm. Thêm tiêu đen, nước luộc gà, xào nhẹ, sau đó bỏ cua vào xào, đảo đều.
Cho thêm đường vào và nấu cua cho đến khi chúng chuyển sang màu gạch là chín, tầm 25-30 phút. Ăn nóng với tỏi và mì sợi.
