Cho 200gr bột mì số 11 vào tô cùng 5gr men khô, 20gr đường, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột nở trộn đều phần bột khô rồi cho tiếp 30gr lòng trắng trứng, 20ml dầu ăn và 80ml sữa tươi không đường. Nhào đến khi bột mịn, đem bột ủ kín ở nhiệt độ phòng trong 1 tiếng.
Để làm phần nhân, cho 200gr thịt heo xay cùng 50gr nấm mèo, 10gr hành tím băm, 20gr hành lá băm, 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm và trộn đều. Tiếp đó, lấy vừa đủ bọc kín đều trứng cút luộc.
Sau khi ủ bột, chia đều phần bột rồi đem cán mỏng và bọc kín đều phần nhân, ở phần chóp bạn dùng tay nắn chặt để khi chiên không bị vỡ ra.
Cho bánh bao vào chiên ngập dầu đến khi bánh chín vàng đều, vớt ra để thấm dầu.
Cho bánh bao chiên ra đĩa, ăn kèm tương ớt Chin-Su để có vị thơm ngon hơn.
